I’ve always been passionate about words. As a little girl, pens and paper were my favorite toys. I loved to spend hours scribbling in notebooks before I even knew how to write a single word. Throughout my formal education, I was always driven by the possibilities of language and how words shape our perspectives, emotions and thoughts.
Being a professional writer has been a wonderful opportunity to continue to explore language and its potential. Through my writing, I hope to foster sensitivity and provoke thought. I am motivated by the constant goal of having my words glorify Jesus Christ.
In the 9+ years that I’ve worked as a freelance writer, I’ve amassed a variety of experience through writing social commentary, personal essays, poetry and greeting card text.
